As the earth gets an opportunity to breathe from our carbon footprint, let’s allow ourselves to breathe too. This is such a beautiful opportunity to reflect, renew and grow. Stepping off the hamster wheel and actually living life in the present moment. Cleansing the chaos. Detoxing from negative. Learning to love, not judge. Putting our priorities in order. Knowing that we are all in this life together. Appreciating connections from near and far. Spending time with your family. Being creative and innovative. Enriching our lives and our souls. We can either come out of this time as a victim or rise and make something bigger. Learning to be adaptable to change. Getting comfortable with the uncomfortable. Becoming aware of our bodies, our community and our planet. Let us all rise together, stronger and more vigilant than before.
